Last week was the last Wiseman's Bridge Inn charity quiz of the season.

It was as usual very well supported and was in aid of The Injured Jockey Fund.

Horses are a great part of a lot of people's lives in Pembrokeshire and most people know someone connected with horse riding in some form or other.

The night raised £250, which was for Isabel Thompset, who unfortunately was badly injured whilst racing last year. 

This year, the quiz nights, which are every fortnight from the end of September to May, have raised the great amount of £2,429, which has gone to help many causes, including small local ones.

In the five years the quiz has been running, a total of over £10,500 has been raised.

Thanks go out to all the quizzers who support the event, without them the organisers would not have been able to achieve such a great result. Hope to see you all again in September and new faces are always welcome.
