Good news, Narberth's annual Winter Carnival is back and this year will be held on Saturday, December 5.
At the annual general meeting held on February 25, the treasurer gave a full account of the financial balance and all members present were in agreement of this.
The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: chairperson - Ruth Platt; vice-chairman - Andrew Squire; secretary - Suzanne Radford-Smith; treasurer - Mike Platt.
Members then discussed in general some events which could be held prior to the carnival for fund-raising and also some ideas of what events could be held on the carnival day.
The committee will welcome any other committee representatives or independent persons who would like to help on the carnival committee and on the event days.
Next meeting is on Wednesday, March 18, at 7.30 pm, at the Dragon Inn.
