Local writer and artist Lynn Stuart will be launching her new book ‘George Visits Tenby’ with two events held in the resort on Saturday (December 15).

‘George Visits Tenby’ is a rhyming story for children aged five to ten years of age.

It tells the tale of George - an English Bulldog who goes on holiday to the Victorian seaside town of Tenby.

Whilst there, George’s appetite gets the better of him, and he takes food from various places around the town before he is caught by his owners and marched off for a boat trip to Caldey Island!

This doesn’t site well with George, but he’s helped by the monks of Caldey.

Lynn will be hosting a booj reading at 11 am at Tenby Library; followed by a book signing at Tenby Bookshop in Tudor Square, from 12 noon ‘til 3 pm.
