A FIRST for Tenby, Llandjango brought their gypsy jazz styled blending of French Hot Club sounds with Roma, ragtime, and swing to the Clarence House Hotel on Sunday, February 15.

The band covered standards such as Coquette, Confessin’, Tea for Two, and Careless and gypsy jazz / manouche / klezmer specials like Joseph Joseph, delighting a keen audience. The musicians hail from all over Wales; Tegid Roberts (guitar, clarinet, vocals) from Caernarfon; Jac Bradford (guitar) from Swansea; Mike Kennedy (double bass) from Newport and leader Robbie Godwin (violin, vocals) from Narberth.
