This year, on November 25,the Inner Wheel of Narberth and Whitland celebrate their 45th anniversary.

During this time, Inner Wheel has gone from strength to strength, always supporting Rotary whenever possible, but also holding many of their own events.

One such event which has become very popular is the afternoon tea at Whitland Town Hall which was held on October 20. Under the leadership of president Lynn Werrett, the afternoon was a great success.

At the most recent meeting of Inner Wheel, held on Monday, November 7, at the Plas Hyfryd Hotel in Narberth, members brought along their shoe boxes for the Christmas International appeal and these boxes will be sent abroad.

At the meeting, a decision was made to once again, as in past years, make a charitable donation instead of sending each other Christmas cards.

All members are now looking forward to a busy Christmas period.
