A PEMBROKE driver has been banned for 21 months for drink driving on a road at Pembroke Dock.
Sixty-six-year-old Peter Wilson, of Croft Court, appearing before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, May 26, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Focus along Western Way in Pembroke Dock on May 9 when over the prescribed limit for alcohol. A breath test had measured 77 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of his breath.
The offence carries an obligatory disqualification, and in addition to the driving ban, Wilson was fined £120. His guilty plea was taken into account when sentencing.
Costs to Crown Prosecution Service were £85, and a surcharge of £48 was added, to fund victim support services.
