On Sunday, over 200 cars registered for Whitland Classic Car Club's Carmarthenshire County Run.

On leaving Whitland, the cars headed towards Carmarthen, through Llandeilo and Lampeter to Brechfa/Abergorlech, where a comfort break at the Keepers was much appreciated by drivers and navigators.

The cars proceeded through the beautiful countryside of Carmarthenshire, finally ending at the agricultural showground in Carmarthen.  Thanks go to the showground committee for allowing the use of their facilities.

All donations made will be going to the Oncology Fund at Glangwilli Hospital.

Also grateful thanks to Tony Brinsden for all his help in drafting out the route and the committee members who helped out on the day.

The next club meeting is today (Friday), at the Dairies Club, 7.30 pm. The club meet the first Friday of every month.
