Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating a public order offence that occurred on a public right of way in Manorbier.

At around 9 am on Friday, August 24, a farmer asked a man and woman to place their dog on a lead. They became confrontational and swore at the farmer.

They were in their mid to late forties, wore walking clothes and had a small dog.

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Smith 863 at Tenby Police Station on 101.

PC Smith said: “I must remind people to use the Countryside Code. Advice is to keep dogs on a lead when walking in the countryside to prevent sheep worrying, which can be very distressing for sheep and can sometimes lead to them being killed or injured. I would like assistance with my enquiries from the man and woman involved in this incident and urge them to come forward.”
