Due to the weather conditions, the racing on Sunday was cancelled. Hopefully, the weather this weekend will be a tad better and the Frostbite series of races will continue.
Junior Sailing
Junior Training has now finished for the year and will restart next year in the early spring. Please keep your eyes peeled to this space for details. This is a very popular sail training event that is held by the club and is usually oversubscribed so it is a first come first served basis.
There will be a Junior Christmas Party on Friday, December 7. All of this year’s sail training juniors, instructors, helpers and parents are welcome.
Annual Dinner
This year’s annual dinner dance took place at Trefloyne Manor last Friday evening. Those who attended this year were treated to an excellently prepared and tasty meal before the prize-giving. I would personally like to thank Tom and Sian along with the rest of the Trafloyne team for the excellent service that we had, it was second to none. After the meal and prize-giving, the entertainment was hosted by Just Rob, who spun the wheels of steel and treated us to a wide variety of music from the ’60s all the way up to now.
