The Tenby Dolphins have excelled at the Swim Wales Summer Championships, achieving 31 personal bests and securing top positions in several events. Great swimming performances were seen from Tenby and District Swimming Club members who competed at the Swim Wales Summer Championships.
The most significant PB was by Kathryn Koo, who managed to take 7.96 seconds off her 200m Free.
With a total of 16 finals, Tenby had some top finishers in Wales. They were Elizabeth Davies (12) – 4th 400m IM, 4th 200m Fly, 4th 50m Free; Bron Clissold (17) – 5th 800m Free, 5th 200m IM; Liz Clissold (18+) – 5th 400m IM, 5th 800m Free, 4th 1500m Free.
Further congratulations go to Elizabeth Davies who swam in the PCS 12-13 mixed relay teams, finishing with two bronze medals and one gold.

The super dedication and teamwork of the and District Swimming Club swimmers paid off at the Swim Wales National Championships, Elizabeth D, Jess, Ffion, Isla, Ffion, Olivia, Bron, Kathryn, Euan and Liz all did amazingly well. Thanks go to the coaches and volunteers, and best wishes for an enjoyable, well deserved, summer break.
