Well done to Ann Rowell winning silver in the Aberavon Aquathon in her Age Group swimming 1/2 a mile in the sea and running 3 miles. Also well done to Hel Murray who took part in the Burry Port RNLI Standard Distance Tri yesterday (1 mile Swim, 28 mile Bike and 6 mile Run) and Rob Newman who did the Sospan Sizzler Middle Distance (Half IM) in 6hrs 47.

CLUB RIDES - Tuesday, Route 11: (Canaston) Penally, The Ridgeway, Stephens Green (Milton Hill), Carew, Whitehill, Cresselly, Turn right at Canaston Bowl, Molleston, Turn Right for Reynalton, Jeffreyston, Broadmoor, Templebar Rd, Pentlepoir, Turn left then right into station road, Straight down into Saundersfoot, St Brides Hill, Tenby. Thursday, Route 15: (Sageston and Templeton) Tenby, Heywood Lane, Serpentine Road, Narberth Road, Devonshire Drive, turn right at Heatherton, Sageston, right onto Old Redberth Road, over A477 to East Williamston, halfway along Temple Bar Road turn left onto Bush Lane. Over A477 heading towards Reynalton, turn right at Langdon Farm, then right at top of Reynalton, right again to Templeton, rt at Boars Head then left into Ryelands Lane, Kilgetty, Pentlepoir, Tenby.
