LIVERPOOL ‘ROCK AND ROLL’ MARATHON – Mandy Draper in 3hrs 55. This was Mandy’s 100 Marathon and she now joins the 100th Club - a great achievement and the Aces salute you.

WELSH SPRINT TRIATHLON CHAMPIONSHIPS - Vicky Jones winning the sprint today in Barry (750m Sea Swim, 20km Bike and 5km Run). Vicky will now be part of the Welsh Team (TIM TRI Cymru) competing in Nottingham in June.

EDINBURGH MARATHON - Sahar Khan in 4hrs 11 mins.

STEPHEN LEWIS TRISTARS AQUATHON in Ystradgynlais - Seren Barrett (Colin Barrett) Ffion Griffiths (Andy Griffiths). Well done also to their ‘Leader’ Sion Jenkins on his performance at Ironman Lanzarote last Sunday.

Tuesday - Route 69 (Tavernspite): TLC, New Hedges, Clayford Road, Broadmoor, Jeffreyston, Reynalton, Templeton, Tavernspite, turn left back to Templeton via Princes Gate, Templeton, Canaston bowl, turn left and down thru Lovestone, Jeffreyston, the Knapp, Gumfreston and back to TLC (approx 31 miles). Sweepers Colin Barrett and Dave Poole.

Thursday - Route 11 (Canaston): Penally, The Ridgeway, Stephens Green (Milton Hill), Carew, Whitehill, Cresselly, Turn right at Canaston Bowl, Molleston, Turn Right for Reynalton, Jeffreyston, Broadmoor, Templebar Road, Pentlepoir, Turn left then right into station road, Straight down into Saundersfoot, St Brides Hill, Tenby. (Approx 26 miles). Sweepers Nicola and Carlton Coates.
