Well done folks who competed this past weekend in ‘adverse’ weather conditions:

RNLI BURRY PORT SPRINT TRIATHLON – Claire Louise Thomas 750m Swim in Burry Port Harbour, 12 mile Cycle and 1.8 mile Run. Claire came in 1st place for the Senior Ladies.

RNLI BURY PORT STANDARD DISTANCE TRIATHLON – Rob Newman 1 mile Swim, 25 mile Cycle and a 6 mile Run

NARBERTH NOBBLER 10KM TRAIL RUN – Andrea Craig, Kara Ellard, Melanie Morgan, Karina Ebsworth, Mat Greener, Neil Morgan andChris Ebsworth. This event took place through Canaston Woods over streams and lots of mud – very enjoyable so I’m told!

NARBERTH NOBBLER TRAIL MARATHON – Mandy Draper - this event again took place through Canaston Woods out to Minwear Woods taking I some tough climbs, running past ancient ruins and stunning scenery and again lots of mud!

SEVERN BRIDGE HALF MARATHON – Claire Stubbs and Steve Stubbs. This unique run takes runners over the Old Severn Bridge starting on the west side near Chepstow and back through country lanes and villages.

Well done to all Aces who have taken part in Time trial events this season.
