Sauterelle Trampoline Club is holding summer sessions through August on Thursdays at Tenby Leisure Centre, 4.30-6.30 pm.
Children can bounce for fun and fitness, and will also learn some skills.
Theses sessions serve as an introduction to the sport, and then, for those who wish to, there will be opportunities to take up the sport via our club, where children can also compete , take awards, GCSE and Duke of Edinburgh within trampolining.
Trampolining will be coached by Barbara D. North, a level four senior coach, who is able to take those most talented up to the top British level.
The club has seen very many Welsh champions, with members through to the British Semi and British Schools Finals, and more recently, the Welsh team via the Welsh regional finals and British finals, at national development last month, where six of our members made the team, competing against the best in Britain, with one going on to make the individual final.
That said, we also welcome beginners who may or may not want to get involved. It is their choice. These summer sessions are mainly aimed at this group.
Please note that space will be limited for these sessions, and they must be booked in advance via the club not the leisure centre.
Please contact Barbara on 07952584240 with any enquiries.
