A Pembrokeshire Athlete with MS has qualified to take part in the CrossFit Games being held in Las Vegas.
Hannah Webster, a 46-year-old adaptive athlete from Pembrokeshire living with Multiple Sclerosis, has qualified for the 2025 Adaptive CrossFit Games Finals in Las Vegas, where she will compete in the Neuromuscular Major Female Division, representing not only the UK but also the invisible illness and disabled community on an international stage.
Diagnosed with MS in 2020, Hannah lives with foot drop, right-side weakness, and chronic fatigue — but refuses to let illness define her.
Training daily at CrossFit Pembrokeshire, who have facilities situated at Carew Airfield, and at Fishguard Road, in Haverfordwest, Hannah has become a force of resilience, earning a top position in the worldwide CrossFit Open to secure her place at the finals in September.

“This isn’t just about fitness,” explained Hannah. “It’s about showing people what’s still possible when your body changes. I’ve lost mobility in one leg, but I’ve found power, purpose, and an entirely new identity.”
Hannah, who previously worked in PR and tech communications, is also writing a memoir and launching a podcast to explore what it means to live, move, and adapt with MS. She hopes her story can inspire others who’ve had to rebuild after diagnosis, disability, or setbacks.
She is currently seeking local support and sponsorship to help cover the costs of travel, adaptive equipment, and apparel for the Vegas Games — and is keen to collaborate with Welsh businesses who want to champion visibility in adaptive sport.
“I’m proud to be representing Pembrokeshire,” continued Hannah. “If I can help just one person feel less alone in their illness or more seen in their body, then I’ve done what I set out to do.”
