This weekend, Louise Hurlow will be competing in the British Masters Olympic 87 kg weightlifting class which will be held in Birmingham.
Louise coaches a ladies only class every week at the local weightlifting club; Project Fitness Tenby where she trains one hour per day, Monday-Friday.
She started weightlifting around two years ago to keep fit and lose some bodyweight, but has now found a real passion for competing in the sport.
The British Masters will be her second official competition following her gold medal win at the Welsh Open in September ’18.
The club wishes her all the best and believe she can bring home British gold. Good luck Lou!
