Pembrokeshire College student, Aiden Llewellyn has come third in the British Autograss championship after competing in four qualifying heats held around the UK.

The Level 3 Construction and Built Environment student raced against 42 competitors in the Junior Special table to secure third place and said: “I’ve been racing for years, but this is first time that I’ve been placed in the top three. I came third place in the competition overall and in the final race, so I’m really pleased!”
Aiden has been buggy racing since he was a young boy, helping his father and grandfather to design and build the race buggies at WL Racefab in Johnston.
Aiden was pleased to have his father help him out with the final design for his buggy, “It was really great to have my dad on hand as he’s one of only five buggy builders in the UK.”
Aiden successfully moved though the qualifying heats, touring Ireland, England and South Wales, before competing in the final round in the Yorkshire Dales in September.
