Unfortunately, this game had to be postponed because of heavy rain. It has been rescheduled for Wednesday, July 26, at Whitland.

Tenby Arches Ladies v Tasker

Last Tuesday, Tenby ladies travelled to Haverfordwest to play the Tasker ladies on a beautiful evening.

The team on rink four consisted of Katie, Gill, Jo and Alison. It was quite a close game at the beginning, the score was 5-2 to Tasker after seven ends. Unfortunately, Tenby dropped a four on the eighth end, and Tasker gradually pulled further ahead. The final score was Tasker 24 Tenby 9.

On rink five, it was a similar story. The team of Meryl, Carol, Jan and Gerry dropped four on the seventh end, and despite getting it back the following end, they did not manage to catch up with Tasker, who, cheered on by the men on the sidelines, scored steadily in the second half. The final score was 26-12 to Tasker.

Finally, Tenby would like to thank the Tenby House for its continued support, which is greatly appreciated.
