What's happening with Narberth's old primary school?

The premises in Moorfield Road has been standing empty since the school relocated to its new building in Jesse Road last summer.

Many suggestions have been put forward for future uses and Pembrokeshire County Council has undertaken an independent retail report into its development possibilities.

That was concluded a few months ago.

Following an initial study of its findings, the county council commissioned further statistical work.

"Said a spokeswoman for the local authority this week: "These draft results, which we have now received, now require further detailed analysis.

"We expect to take the matter forward in the next few months."
