West Wales Training is running a first aid training charity event to raise money for the Wales Air Ambulance on January 10 at Queen's Hall, Narberth, at 12 noon.
Cost is £5 per head or £15 for families (based on two adults and two children). All participants must be over 12. Free childcare is provided. Everyone will receive a certificate at the end of the day.
There will be practical activities for all to join in, plus a cake stand and a talk from a Wales Air Ambulance representative.
