Well now’s your chance with the launch of the Queens Hall Narberth Time Bank on Monday, April 8.

Just go along to the informal drop in session at Sospan café in the Queens Hall between 10 am and 12 noon where you can have a free cup of coffee and find out about the community opportunities.

The Queens Hall Narberth Time Bank is the newest addition to the Pembrokeshire Time Bank Network portfolio.

When you join the time bank you just have to provide details of the skills, talents and experiences that you are prepared to share with others – that can range from walking a dog, cutting the lawn to helping with accounts or driving.

Each time you help someone out you earn a ‘credit’ which can be redeemed at organisations across the county – free tickets to Queens Hall gigs, a swim or keep fit session – the list is endless!

You can also contact the time bank if you need help – and Queens Hall staff will match you to someone who can lend a hand.
