A children’s hospice has teamed up with solicitors across south Wales to offer a free Will-writing service.

Throughout March, Ty Hafan’s Write a Will campaign will see local solicitors waive their standard fee for helping prepare a Will for clients, in return for a small donation to the charity.

Kath Jones, Legacy and Individual Giving Fundraiser at Ty Hafan, said: “A Will is the only way to ensure your wishes will be honoured as you intend and protects your loved ones from the added stress of resolving financial and legal issues.

“One-fifth of the services provided to families are funded thanks to gifts in Wills.

“By taking part in our Write a Will campaign, you’ll not only be securing your wishes, but you’ll also be securing the future of life-limited children in Wales.”

The Will-writing service will be provided by your chosen solicitor for a suggested donation of £50 for a Simple Will or £75 for Mirror Wills.

There will also be an option of leaving a gift to Ty Hafan in your will, to help the charity continue providing care and support to families who need it.
