PICTURED is ten-year-old Georgie Kidd, from Tenby, whose artwork was chosen as part of the Reuters worldwide Christmas wish program.

Reuters photographers around the world asked children to draw what they wanted to receive from Santa for Christmas, with Georgie’s submission chosen alongside that of 38 other children.

Georgie who attends Castle School, Cresselly, is a budding artist and loves wildlife, especially foxes.

She watches a live web cam of a fox as often as possible and wants to ‘adopt a fox’ pack for Christmas.

The pic was taken by Georgie’s auntie, local photographer Rebecca Naden, whose first picture was published in the Tenby Observer in 1976 while she was still at Greenhill School.

Rebecca, who grew up in Penally and went to school in the village, joined Thomson Reuters as their photographer based in Wales covering major news and sport in September 2012.
