There will be two road closures in Tenby next week to allow for separate works in parts of the town to be carried out.
Tenby’s White Lion Street from the junction with South Parade to its junction with Upper Frog street will be closed from 4 to 10 pm on Monday (March 2) to allow a crane to be located in the carriageway for works.
Alternative routes will be via The Norton and Narberth Road, Serpentine Road, Broadwell Hayes, The Green and Greenhill Road.
Vehicle access to the affected properties will be maintained where practical and pedestrian access will be maintained for the duration of the closure.
The following day on the Tuesday (March 3) High Street from its junction with Crackwell Street to its junction with St Nicholas Lane will be closed for three days for a new water connection to be made to a premises on the street.
The alternative route will be Tudor Square, St. Julian’s Street, Bridge Street and Crackwell Street.
The one way order for Crackwell Street will be suspended to allow two way vehicle access under traffic lights.
Vehicle access to affected properties will be maintained where practical and pedestrian access will be maintained for the duration of the closure.
