Narberth neighbourhood policing team have been praised for trying to tackle the issue of dog mess.
At the recent Narberth PACT (Police and Communities Together) meeting, a member of the public said she had seen a marked improvement in the cleanliness on the path towards Narberth School in Jesse Road.
PCSO Henry stated he would continue to talk to dog owners about taking responsibility for the mess their four-legged friends leave behind and would also try to talk to dog owners walking their dogs in the Town Moor area. Dog owners everywhere are reminded to clean up their dogs.
Although no reports had been made to the police, residents at the meeting stated there was anti-social behaviour taking place in the Town Moor car park. Therefore this was deemed a priority for the next month and increased attention would be made by officers to deter vehicle nuisance and anti-social behaviour.
A second priority of patrolling the Kiln Park Road and Station Approach, dealing with parking problems and observing/dealing with possible speeding issues, was also set by the meeting.
The Narberth PACT takes place on the first Tuesday of every month at 7 pm, at Bloomfield Community Centre, Narberth.
