Pictured are Sageston CP School pupils Maisie and Roxy who took part in the KAPOW 5km Run at Carew on Saturday.
It was held at Carew Airfield and involved running the full 5km distance, much of it over inflatable obstacles!
Maisie raised £70 and Roxy raised £200 for The Paul Sartori Foundation.
