The launch of new rowboats on Good Friday on Pembroke’s Castle Pond were more than useful considering the wet Bank Holiday weather that was to follow!

Mayor of Pembroke, Clr. Mrs. Linda Brown, was on hand to christen the Paddle West business’s boats, with one named in memory of the town’s former Mayor, Pauline Waters.

Boat hires are available every day (weather permitting) around the castle right through until the end of summer.
