The playgroup recently received a 'Pass Plus' certificate for Quality Assurance, and also passed two more levels of the 'Healthy and Sustainable Pre-school Scheme' (Mental and Emotional, Wellbeing and Relationships aspect and Environment aspect).

Current leader Amanda Davies will be leaving Templetots when the group closes for Easter and will be returning to childminding.

"I will really miss all the children and will be very sad to leave," said Amanda. "However, I am handing over to a very capable lady called Maria Joyce who used to be the leader of Carew Playgroup.

"Good luck Maria and I am sure you can carry on maintaining Templetots great reputation," she added.
