Planning applications recently discussed by members of Penally Community Council were as follows:
• 22/0265/PA: proposed conversion of existing double garage into annexe accommodation for live in carer, at 2 Penally Heights - Following consideration of all the information provided by the planning authority, Councillors have no objection.
• 22/0198/PA: additional dormer window above garage to en-suite, at Trefloyne Lodge, Trefloyne Lane, Penally - no objections.
• 22/0145/PA: extension and alterations, at Wynfield, Middle Walls Lane, Penally - no objections.
• 22/0217/PA: construction of a detached single storey annexe ancillary to the main dwelling. West Holloway Farm, Penally - Following consideration of all the information provided by the planning authority, Cllr Williams-James proposed Penally Community Council agree in principle to the application, future parking is of concern, and would request a site management plan be in place during construction, taking into consideration proximity to the main road. All councillors were in full agreement.
