Planning applications considered by Narberth Town Council this week were: new signage - Conduit House, 26 High Street (no objection); change of use from A1 to mixed use of A1 and A3 and alterations and extension (no objections); Redhill, Mill Pond Lane - demolition of prefabricated dwelling and construction of new dwelling (no objections); 5 Bridge Hill - demolition of existing conservatory and erection of new garden room to rear of existing house (no objections).
