These photographs of last weekend’s Narberth Nobbler Trail Run were taken by young Frank Arentz.
Frank, from Tenby, himself a former triathlon champion, used to immerse his whole life in sport and was an outstanding rugby player until tests revealed he had an inherited heart condition.
Told to stop strenuous physical activity, the Monmouth School for Boys pupil has since discovered a new passion for music and photography, as evidenced by these pictures.
The event, with a route starting in Narberth, along Carding Mill Lane and through Canaston Woods, provided entrants with a choice of distrances (10 km and half or full marathon) and differing terrain.
