It’s good to talk about mental health this festive season.
The festive season is upon us but for those experiencing difficulties with their mental health it can be an especially hard time. Some may be not have support systems and so the season can bring loneliness and isolation to the fore. For those who have lost family, Christmas can bring up memories of loved ones no longer here. For others, the expense of the festive season providing for family and the rise in the cost of living can cause anxiety and worry.
TRI Mental Health Support Centre (Adferiad/Hafal) and Tenby Town Council are running a coffee morning Wednesdays from 10am to 12 noon at Augustus Place, Tenby offering listening, help with paperwork and phone calls for those struggling this festive season, their families and carers.
