A major housing development for Narberth looks set to be given the green light next week.
The application for 54 units, including an affordable housing provision, on land adjacent to Rushacre Fam, Redstone Road, is being recommended for approval, subject to conditions and a section 106 legal agreement.
The conditions include details of construction of access road, a traffic management plan during construction phase, wheel washing facilities, provision of pedestrian link, details of surface water drainage, further details of finishes, amended elevations for unit 22, and landscaping implementation.
