CYMRU Quarry Group undertakes essential highway maintenance works on behalf of Pembrokeshire County Council and has announced its intention to carry out resurfacing to Haverfordwest High Street this weekend (Saturday and Sunday, April 25 and 26).

The road will be closed and access cannot be guaranteed to residents at all times while the work is ongoing.

Residents and road users are advised to all extra time for journeys in case of any delays, and asked to adhere to any advice given by the traffic management operatives.

Access for emergency services will be maintained at all times.

Pedestrians should take care when approaching the work area due to the nature of the work being carried out.

The approved contractors would be grateful if the roadway is clear of any obstructions between the hours of 07.30 to 5.30pm. Disruption will be kept to a minimum and Cymru Quarry Group apologises in advance for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you to Cllr Thomas Tudor for the above information.
