Greenacres Rescue volunteers worked really hard on Sunday moving all the charity shop stock from the St. Govans Centre to their new premises at 9 Dimond Street, Pembroke Dock (formerly Shoe Zone).

The St. Govans shop closed for the last time on Saturday, having served the rescue charity well, helping to save animals’ lives.

“A big thank you to all of our supporters, customers and loyal volunteers who have kept this shop running for the last five years; on to bigger and hopefully better things just up the road in Dimond Street,” said a spokesman for the charity.

There is an open invitation to the Grand Opening of the new shop when Clr. Joshua Beynon will be on hand to cut the ribbon at 10 am tomorrow (Saturday).
