There will be a ‘Funday Monday’ at Narberth Swimming Pool this month to help celebrate the town’s Civic Week festivities and raise money for the community pool.

The event will take place on July 22, from 2 to 6 pm, featuring inflatable fun sessions in the pool.

Also on the day there will be a raffle held, guess the sweets and name the teddy competitions in the reception, as well as pay-as-you-play outdoor activities, outdoor slip n slide, hook a duck, ping pong and other games.

A BBQ featuring a vegetarian option along with tea, coffee and ice-cream will also be available on the day.

Tickets are available now at the pool.

“The fundraising team is only small, and we really need volunteers on the day to help make the day go well, so if anyone could help out whilst their children play, then please call the pool if you can help,” said a spokesperson for SwimNarberth.

“We also need donations for the raffle, tombola, wine and cakes which can be dropped off at the pool.”
