PEMBROKESHIRE County Councillor Thomas Tudor and his family were delighted to meet the BBC’s ‘walking’ weatherman Derek Brockway recently.

The County Councillor for Castle Ward, Haverfordwest said: “It was lovely to meet Derek Brockway the weatherman in St Davids recently with my mother and sister. He was filming for another series of walking the Pembrokeshire Coast.”

Derek Brockway BEM, who joined the BBC in 1995, is based at BBC Cymru Wales in Cardiff. He presents weather forecasts on radio, television and online, as well as appearing in other programmes including the popular Weatherman Walking series.
