New for Tenby: an established artist whose inspiration started at Greenhill School presents two Paint Along sessions in the run up to Christmas.

Rachel Ramussen, who was born and brought up in Tenby in Pembrokeshire, became a self-taught artist at an early age. Now an established artist, she lives in Cardiff with her husband and four children, where she paints, teaches classes and exhibits her work while still managing to be a full-time mum!

You can see her artwork in Tenby in The Nook. You might also have seen Rachel on TV. She took part in five episodes of the Channel 5 series Watercolour Challenge, being declared the winner in one of them. Her ethos, and one of the reasons she is introducing her Paint Along events to Tenby, is that art is for everyone. Anyone can do it, if they approach it step by step, and it’s great for wellbeing.
