A DRIVER from Sageston, near Tenby, has been disqualified for 12 months following a drug driving conviction.

Daren Bradbury, 54, appearing before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, May 1, had previously pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit.

On December 4, 2024 at Milton, he had driven on the A477 road, with 2.3ug/l of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood.

The offence carries an obligatory disqualification and BRadbury was banned from driving for a period of 12 months. He was also fined £80, the guilty plea being taken into account.

Costs to Crown Prosecution Service were £85, plus a surcharge of £32 to fund victim support services.
