A driver from the Narberth area has been fined for drink driving after failing to comply with the requirements of a community order.
Ross Elliot, of Templeton, appearing before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ court on April 28, admitted breaching the order that had been made on March 4 following a drink driving offence.
On March 4, the 40-year-old had been convicted of driving a motor vehicle on the A478 at Templeton after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, 90 micrograms in 100 millilitres, exceeded the prescribed limit.
The community order having been breached, it was revoked and Elliot was dealt with for the original offence. Magistrates fined him £480, plus costs of £60.
