HAVERFORDWEST Magistrates have fined a man for being drunk and disorderly at Milford Haven and failing to follow up after a drug test.

Kasper Gut, currently residing at Silverdale, Johnston, appeared in court on April 21.

The 21-year-old admitted to being drunk and disorderly in a public place, on April 5 at Havens Head Retail Park. He was fined £80, the guilty plea being taken into account.

He was fined a further £180 for failing to attend an initial assessment to establish dependance upon or a propensity to misuse a Class A drug. On November 8, 2025 at Haverfordwest, a sample was taken and analysis revealed that cocaine may have been present.

A £104 surcharge was added to costs of £85.
