On Friday evening, Llanddewi Community Council held its annual dinner under the chairmanship of David Perkins.
This year the venue chosen was the Nant-y-Ffin Motel, Llandissilio, where Sir Eric and Lady Howells were invited along as guests; Sir Eric having served on the council for 40 years before standing down last year.
A most successful evening was enjoyed by all, who appreciated the usual high standard of the motel.
