The Mayor of Tenby, Councillor Dai Morgan, and all at Tenby Town Council are delighted to be able to offer Tenby Branch Royal British Legion space for their memorabilia and a permanent place to meet.
For the last few years now, the Mayor has been very keen for the Mayor’s Parlour to be use more for the community. “It’s a pleasure to to have a rich part of Tenby’s history and an important organisation of the town to have a new home,” he said.
Thanks to this kind offer, Tenby RBL will always have a place of representation within the town, and branch chairman Shane Roberts has been working away behind the scenes, collecting memorabilia to display.
One historical item on display is a Women’s Section standard, highlighting the efforts made by the Women’s Section of Tenby.
Tenby Branch invites anyone to get in touch if they have anything they would like to add.
