TENBY’s Salvation Army Citadel is celebrating its 140th Anniversary, and a celebration is planned for May 30-31 with South and Mid Wales Fellowship Band and Wales Fellowship Chorus.
The Salvation Army was first established in Wales in 1874, and the Tenby citadel corps ‘opened fire’ in 1886.
Everyone is invited to attend this 140th Anniversary Celebration with Commissioner Edward Hill, Chief of the Staff, and Commissioner Shelly Hill, World Secretary for Women’s Ministries.
The celebration includes a concert on Saturday, May 30 at 7.30pm in St Mary’s Church, Tenby and a Sunday service on Sunday, May 31 at 10.30am in St Mary’s Church House.
