Pembroke and Pembroke Dock Lions have donated two nice new wheelbarrows to the The VC Gallery for use in their ‘Dig for Victory’ project near to St Ishmael’s.

The gift was a welcome one as the ones they were using had seen better days. The wheelbarrows were put to good use straight away.

It follows a recent donation of old gardening tools to help with the project.

The garden has been developed on an old WWII artillery battery that protected Milford Haven and has impressive views over the estuary.
