Work continues on a complete redesign of the road and pavement areas around Commercial Corner and upper St. James Street, Narberth.

"However," says County Clr. Wynne Evans, "visibility issues relating to oncoming traffic from Jesse Road towards Commercial Corner has highlighted an issue specific to larger vehicles that the design of the junction by Kirkland may have to be realigned."

He added: "Highways officers have attended the area and I await their decision whether to redesign part of the junction or not."
