A tremendous effort from both Brooklands Nursing Home and Caldey Grange Care Home was made for the Alzheimer’s Society Cup Cake Day. As you can see from the picture above this was a fantastic success.

Congratulations to all our lovely staff, volunteers and residents at both homes, working together to raise an amazing total of £1,500 for the Alzheimer’s Society.
