The children and staff of Bright Buds Playgroup in Narberth undertook a sponsored walk around the town on Saturday to raise much-needed funds for the playgroup and the town Co-Responder.

The playgroup hall was opened so members of the public could have a look around and see the children's wonderful work.

After they arrived back at the playgroup, a small presentation was given to the children and staff who were sponsored to do the walk.

Playgroup supervisor Keri Davies said: "I would like to thank everyone who has supported us with the event", while Paul Morris, of Narberth Fire Station, said: "Well done to the children and staff for doing this walk in aid of the Co-Responder and playgroup."

The playgroup would like to thank Paul Morris and the Narberth Firefighters and Narberth PCSO Dave Henry for all their help and support on the day and throughout the year.

The playgroup would also like to thank Nelly, of Commercial Garage, Narberth, for kindly donating new staff polo shirts.

The playgroup runs term time Monday-Thursday, 9 am to 12 noon, taking children aged two years to four years. Telephone 07773110932.
