Tenby’s brave Boxing Day Swimmers are being encouraged to splash out for good causes this festive season.

Swim organiser, the Tenby Sea Swimming Association, has nominated their three main charities to support.

These are the Huntington’s Disease Association, the Stroke Association and the RNLI.

Swimmers can collect for these, or their own chosen charities and good causes, via the official sponsor form.

Spectators are also encouraged to contribute to the bucket collections at the event to help the swim’s charities.

This year’s swim sponsors are - Princes Gate Spring Water, Harbour Wealth Management and FBM Holidays.

The Huntington’s Disease Association is also this year’s chosen charity of FBM.

Now in its 48th year, the Tenby Boxing Day Swim is a major festive season highlight, attracting hundreds of crazy bathers and thousands of spectators.

This year’s fancy dress theme is Space Travel, with prizes on offer for the best adult and junior groups and individuals.
