A warrant has been issued for a Pembroke man who allegedly breached a community order.
Thirty-three-year-old, Stephen Curtis of Woodbine Terrance was charged with failing to comply with the requirements of a community order and was due to appear at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Monday.
The offence is alleged to have taken place after the defendant failed to turn up for two planned appointments on July 26 and August 8 this year. Furthermore, it is alleged that the defendant failed to provide acceptable evidence for missing both of the appointments.
The court heard from probation officer Julian Davies that the defendant was already the subject of a 12-month suspended sentence for an offence that wasn’t disclosed at the hearing.
Magistrates issued a warrant without bail to secure Mr. Curtis' appearance in court.
